Muni Minute
Annual General Meeting Notification
There will not be an actual in person Annual General Meeting for the 2020 season. This is due to the Covid 19 situation. Although all the work that is usually completed at the AGM will be attempted.
A package of reports will be developed and made available for members. When the package of reports is ready a Muni Minute message will be sent out with instructions for members to obtain the information electronically.
The Board of Directors is using the following dates for completing the AGM process.
October 9: Package of reports ready for members.
October 16: Questions about reports or other matters should be directed to President Steven Nesbitt at [email protected] or by calling him at 519-273-2092.
October 20: Have responses to any questions completed.
October 22: Voting – acceptance of reports, changes to Constitution and election of Board members. Further instructions to be sent in a future Muni Minute.
