We are excited to announce that registration for our 2025 Junior Golf & Lawn Bowling Camp will be opening soon. This week-long camp is a fantastic opportunity for junior golfers to learn the game, develop skills, and have fun in a structured and engaging environment.

Junior Camp Details

Dates: July 21st – July 25th
Cost: $375
Ages: 9-14
Limited Spots: Camp is capped at 10 juniors on a first-come, first-served basis.

Camp Includes:

• Introduction to golf lessons with range and putting green time
• Daily course time to gain on-course experience
• Daily lunch provided
• Afternoon lawn bowling from the Stratford Lawn Bowling Club
• Small group setting for personalized instruction

Registration Opens:

• February 10th – Priority registration for 2025 members and 2024 junior camp participants
• February 13th – General public registration (if spots remain)

Course Protection Reminder
Please remember to stay off the course during the off-season to prevent any potential damage as we undergo important projects like drainage improvements and tee block construction. Protecting the grounds is essential as we prepare for next season.

Annual General Meeting
A reminder for all members: our AGM is scheduled for November 13th at 7 p.m. in the clubhouse. We hope to see you there for a recap of this season and an outlook for 2025.

Due to weather reports with high percentages of rain, we will remain closed on Monday. However, we’re planning to reopen Tuesday through Friday for our last days of the season.

Carts & Course Availability
Please note that riding carts may have limited availability later in the week as we begin winter service preparations. We’ll keep everyone updated, but plan accordingly for possible walking rounds.

Final Day of the Season
Friday, November 8th, will be our final day for the 2024 season this may push sooner if the weather changes for the worst, but for now our firm closing date will be the 8th. Be sure to stop by for a last round and enjoy the course before winter arrives!

As we approach the end of the 2024 season, we want to thank everyone for an incredible year! Here are some final reminders as we prepare the course and facilities for the winter.

Last Day of Full Operations
Our final day of full operations will be Sunday, November 3rd. From November 4th to November 9th, we will continue to monitor the weather closely. If conditions allow, the tee sheet will open three days in advance for any days we can accommodate play. Should the weather turn unfavorable, we will remain closed.

Locker and Push Cart Storage Reminder
Please note that all locker contents and push cart storage items must be removed by November 1st for winter storage preparations.

Cart Compound Closure
For those storing driving carts in the compound, the final removal date is November 3rd. Please ensure your carts are removed by this date as we transition to offseason operations.

Annual General Meeting (AGM)
A reminder to all members: our AGM will be held on November 13th at 7 pm in the clubhouse. We encourage members to join us as we review the season and present information on the 2025 season, including membership rates.

Winter Golf Academy & Trackman Simulator
Stay tuned for details on our Winter Golf Academy! The Trackman Simulator will be set up and ready to go from January through April. This is a great opportunity to keep your swing in shape during the offseason, so watch for more updates soon.
