We’re excited to announce that registration is now open for our 2026 Junior Golf Clinics at The Muni. These clinics are a great introduction to the game and focus on fundamentals, confidence, and having fun in a structured group setting.

Junior Clinic Schedule

Monday Clinics – Ages 6–10

• Dates: June 8, June 15, June 22
• Time: 6:00pm – 7:30pm

Tuesday Clinics – Ages 11–15

• Dates: June 9, June 16, June 23

Cobra Fitting Day – Friday, February 13

Our first Cobra Fitting Day of 2026 is coming up on Friday, February 13th at The Muni from 11am-4pm, and you won’t want to miss it! Cobra will be on site showcasing their exciting new OPTM series, including drivers, irons, fairway woods, and hybrids — all designed with advanced technology to help golfers of all levels play better.

The new OPTM line is engineered using optimized weight distribution and POI-tuned shaping (Product of Inertia) to reduce twisting on off-center hits, creating tighter dispersion and more fairways hit. Our Winter Golf Academy is open and running Tuesday to Friday from 11am–5pm using our TrackMan Simulator. This is a great opportunity to maintain your swing, work on specific areas of your game, or prepare early for the 2026 season.

Members: $20 per 30 minutes
Non-Members: $25 per 30 minutes

Game Rates: 525 courses to choose from including greats like the Cabot resorts, and 30 PGA Tour stops Members: $35 per hour Non-Members– $45 per hour

As we prepare to close out another amazing season, we want to extend a huge thank you to all our members, guests, and league players for making 2025 one to remember. From the opening day excitement to packed men’s and ladies’ leagues, junior programs, social nights, and special events like the Men’s Invitational and Romeo Cup, this season was full of great golf and even better memories.

Our greens continued to live up to their reputation as the best in the area, our new drainage and tee block improvements are already enhancing the course, and the energy around the clubhouse and patio made every day at The Muni a special one.

Final Day of the Season

Our last day for golf will be Sunday, November 2nd. We encourage everyone to come out and enjoy one final round before we officially close the course for the year.

End-of-Season Cleanup

As we prepare for winter operations, please ensure the following are completed before closing:

• Lockers and Push Cart Storage must be emptied by Sunday, October 26th. The push cart storage room is used for off-season equipment, so all carts must be removed before that date.
• Power Carts stored in the compound must be removed by Sunday, November 2nd.

Thank you for your cooperation in helping us get everything ready for the off-season.

Annual General Meeting

A reminder that our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, November 18th at 7:30 p.m. in the clubhouse. The AGM is open to all 2025 members and is a great opportunity to review the year, discuss course updates, and look ahead to an even better 2026 season.

Winter Golf Academy

Even though outdoor golf is wrapping up, you won’t have to wait long to keep swinging! Our Winter Golf Academy, featuring our TrackMan simulator, will open in late November for lessons, practice sessions, and fun indoor play. Stay tuned for booking details coming soon.

As we move into the heart of October, frosty mornings have officially arrived. Please remember that when there is frost, all play must remain off the course — including the putting green — until staff give the all-clear. Walking or driving on frozen turf can rupture the plant cells, causing long-term damage to the grass. We appreciate everyone’s patience during these mornings and will always do our best to notify early tee times by email when frost delays occur.

Range Closing

Our driving range will officially close for the season on Monday, October 13th. This allows our team to complete necessary maintenance and prepare the area for winter.

Hosting the PGA of Canada

From Tuesday, October 14th to Friday, October 17th, we are proud to once again host the PGA of Canada for their professional development seminars. During this time, the clubhouse will have limited to no access between 8am and 4pm, but washrooms will remain open through the side doors.

End-of-Season Cleanup

Although there’s still plenty of great golf left, we ask all members to begin preparing for year-end cleanup:

• Lockers and Push Cart Storage: Must be emptied by Sunday, October 26th. The push cart room is used for off-season storage, and last year over 20 carts were left behind. Please ensure everything is removed on time.
• Power Cart Storage: Carts stored in the compound must be removed by Sunday, November 2nd.

October is here, and there is still plenty of great golf left to play this season. While the mornings are starting to cool down, the afternoons are shaping up to be beautiful fall golf weather — a perfect chance to enjoy the course before the season winds down.

Key Dates to Remember

• Driving Range Closing: The range will officially close for the season on Monday, October 13th.
• PGA of Canada Seminars: From October 14th–17th, we are proud to once again host the PGA of Canada for their fall seminars. During these dates, the golf course will remain open but the clubhouse will be closed from 8am to 4pm daily. Please plan accordingly if you are playing.

Frost Delays

As the temperatures dip, frost delays will become a regular part of fall golf. If frost impacts early tee times, we will do our best to notify players by email as soon as possible.

Why do we wait for frost to melt? Walking or driving on frozen turf can rupture the grass plant’s cells, leaving behind damage that can take weeks — or even months — to heal. By waiting for the frost to lift, we ensure our playing surfaces remain healthy and ready for the next season.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation during these cooler mornings.
