Hello Everyone

It is with a heavy heart that I write this Muni Minute to inform everyone that on Friday January 7th, The Muni lost a huge part of it’s family with the passing of Karen Petrie.

Karen a 36 year employee of The Muni was the welcoming face in the clubhouse before and after our daily rounds of golf. She created relationships with hundreds of golfers over the years (even though she never played) and made sure everyone’s experience was the best possible. I know personally every time she stepped away from the desk the first question I would get asked is, Where’s Karen today? And for many we do not know The Muni without her.

The Muni family wants to send all our condolences to the Petrie Family, and will be hosting a celebration of life with the family come Spring at the golf course.

Karen you will be deeply missed by everyone at The Muni
