Tee sheet

We have had some calls about people struggling with the app. I am going to answer these questions now.

Is it the same login info as prior year?

Yes if you have been a member in the prior two seasons your information and log in has not changed. If you have forgotten your password please either use the forgot password option or contact me and I can send you a reset password link.

Certain members are registering as not a member when I try to add them to my time, why is this?

This is because you are only using the recent guest feature and the player you are selecting changed their email with us, (created a new account). Their old account is showing in your recent players list even though that account is not a functioning member. Please use the members list to the right of recent players and search for their name adding them to your time.

I am a member but when I try to make a tee time it says I am not?

This has only happened to players who have made an email change with us, and have their old login information saved to the app or website. To fix the problem please fully log out of Chronogolf and log in with the new email you have provided.

The tee sheet shows only 2 players in a tee time but when I try to book in the remaining 2 open spots it says the time is full?

This is because you have 4 players selected in your tee time making process. If you change the number of players to 2 or 1 you will be able to book in the open spots in that tee time. On the app this can be located on the top left corner. You will see 4 dots and a number with a pull down arrow, click that and change to the desired number of players. On the website when you click your desired time you can’t miss the option to edit players with the pop up in the middle of the screen.

I can’t add a public player to my tee times?

This is also solved in the same spot as editing the number of players. Click on the dots at the top left corner and edit the player type from member to public and you’re good to go.

I hope this helps but if you need more assistance don’t be afraid to call myself or the pro shop team and we will help you through it.

Cheers
